Return & Withdrawal Policy
At MØRKE, we craft each piece with care and intention. Still, we respect that a purchase made at a distance must come with clarity, fairness, and your full right to reconsider.
The policy below follows all applicable EU e-commerce and consumer-protection regulations, including the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
1. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
If you purchased from the EU or the UK, you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, simply notify us in writing within that period. You may email us at: studio@moerke-studio.com
Once you inform us, you have 14 additional days to return the goods.
Refunds for valid withdrawals will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive the returned items, via the same payment method you used.
Please note:

Original shipping fees are refundable only when the entire order is returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of proven product defect or incorrect item sent.
2. Conditions for Returns (General)
Returned items must be:

Unused and unworn

In their original condition

With all packaging, tags, and protective elements intact
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by use cannot be accepted.
We cannot accept returns sent without prior communication with our team.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For reasons of hygiene and EU safety standards, the following categories are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or incorrect:

Sale items marked as “final sale”
4. Returns Due to Defects or Incorrect Items
If your piece arrives damaged, flawed, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We may request supporting photographs to evaluate the issue swiftly.
In these cases, MØRKE will:

Offer either an exchange or a full refund

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or model, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

Exchanges for non-quality reasons (e.g., wrong size chosen) are possible if stock permits.

Return shipping for non-quality exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement piece will be shipped.
To avoid unnecessary exchanges, we encourage checking our detailed size guidance before ordering.
6. Return Procedure

Tell us which item(s) you wish to return and why. Our team will confirm the eligibility and provide the correct return address.
2. Prepare the parcel
Place the item(s) in their original packaging. Ensure they are protected for transport.
3. Ship with tracking
A tracking number is required so we can follow the journey of your return.
4. Refund or exchange
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send out your exchange within the established timelines.
7. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and approve your return.

PayPal refunds appear immediately.

Credit card refunds may take a few additional days depending on your bank.
Non-refundable costs:
