Order Processing & Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed by our warehouse within 2–5 business days, depending on the product design and item type.
Some items are made to order to ensure the highest quality. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed.
If you wish to modify or exchange your order after placing it, please email us immediately at studio@moerke-studio.com and check your inbox regularly.
If we do not receive a response within three (3) days, your order will ship automatically.
2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1 Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that the stated delivery times are estimates and may vary.
2.2 Tracking Information
Tracking details are provided once the parcel arrives in the destination country.
You will receive your tracking number by email within 2–7 business days after your order has been processed.
2.3 Shipping
Shipping costs are always included for orders delivered within the European Union: no added fees, no hidden surprises. For destinations outside the EU, shipping rates may vary depending on the country. If you are located beyond the EU, we invite you to contact our team before completing your order; we will provide a clear and accurate estimate for your international delivery.
3. Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and any related charges may be applied once your order reaches its destination.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Refusal to accept a parcel due to customs, duties, or handling fees is not eligible for refund or replacement.
